Specialty work

Deep, Green & Kosher-Standard Cleaning

The jobs that don’t fit a recurring schedule — a reset before a new tenant, a green program your tenants asked for, a kitchen headed for inspection.

Some cleaning is a project, not a routine. A space changing hands, a facility that has fallen behind, a kitchen that needs to meet a standard beyond ordinary sanitation.

These jobs are scoped and quoted individually, because pretending they’re standardized is how people end up disappointed.

Built for

  • Move-in and move-out commercial turnovers
  • Facilities catching up after deferred maintenance
  • Organizations with green or sustainability commitments
  • Kitchens and food-service areas preparing for inspection
  • Post-construction and post-renovation cleanup

Deep cleaning

A top-to-bottom reset that reaches everything routine service doesn’t: behind and under equipment, vents and returns, high ledges, baseboards, light fixtures, accumulated buildup in restrooms and break rooms. Common before a lease starts, after a renovation, or when a building needs a baseline to maintain from.

Green cleaning

Environmentally responsible products and methods that hold up to commercial standards — better indoor air quality, less chemical residue on surfaces, and reduced impact for facilities with sustainability commitments. We’ll be straight about the tradeoffs: some heavy restoration work still needs conventional chemistry.

Kosher-standard kitchen preparation

Detailed cleaning of food prep areas, equipment, and storage for facilities preparing for kosher use, inspection, or certification. Grease, residue, and buildup removed from surfaces and equipment to the standard your supervising authority expects. To be clear about the boundary: we do the cleaning. Certification comes from your rabbinical supervision, not from us.

How it runs

Quoted per project

Scope is written before work starts, with a fixed price. No hourly meter running in your building.

Sized to the deadline

Lease dates and inspections don’t move. We staff the job to hit the date.

A baseline you can maintain

A deep clean is most valuable as the starting point of a routine, and we’ll quote both so you can compare.

Common questions

What’s the difference between a deep clean and regular service?

Regular service maintains a condition. A deep clean establishes one. Deep cleaning reaches areas that aren’t on any weekly checklist — behind equipment, inside vents, high surfaces, accumulated buildup — and typically takes a crew several times longer per square foot.

Do you certify kitchens as kosher?

No, and no cleaning company can. Kosher certification comes from a supervising rabbinical authority. What we provide is the cleaning that facility needs to pass that process — food prep areas, equipment, and storage cleaned to the standard the supervision requires.

Do green products clean as well?

For everyday commercial cleaning, yes — the products have come a long way and we use them by default where they perform. For certain restoration jobs, like stripping an old floor finish or cutting heavy kitchen grease, conventional chemistry still does a better job. We’ll tell you which is which rather than overselling the green option.

Ready for a facility that stays clean?

A walkthrough takes about thirty minutes and costs nothing. You’ll get a written scope and a flat price.
