Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is a set of static pages. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and we do not track you across the internet. The only information we receive is what you deliberately send us through the request form, by email, or by phone — and we use it to respond to you, not for anything else.

One exception worth naming plainly: the request form on our contact page is provided by JotForm and loads from their servers, so visiting that page involves them as well as us. Details below.

What we collect

When you submit the walkthrough request form, we receive the information you enter: your name, business or property name, email address, phone number, property address, facility type, preferred appointment time, and any notes you include.

When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

We do not collect information about you from the site itself beyond the standard request logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP address and browser type and are retained for security and reliability purposes.

The embedded form

Our request form is hosted by JotForm and embedded on the contact page. When that page loads, your browser contacts JotForm directly, which means JotForm can receive your IP address and browser information and may set cookies in your browser, under their privacy policy rather than ours.

JotForm receives and stores what you submit, and passes it to us. If you would rather not involve a third party at all, call or email us instead — the phone number and address are on every page of this site, and we are glad to take your details that way.

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a quote, and provide services if you become a client. That’s the entire purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are received and stored by JotForm before reaching us, and our email provider carries the notification. Our website host processes the request that delivers these pages to your browser. These providers handle the data on our behalf and under their own security obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t become clients are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of doing business, and then discarded. Client records are kept for the duration of the service relationship and for as long afterward as our tax and business record obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll handle it.

If you’d rather not submit anything through this website at all, calling us works just as well.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and facility operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information will be reflected here before they take effect.
