Facility work
Commercial Installations
Offices and event venues, set up properly — from furniture and fixtures to displays and audio/visual.
An install job is only finished when the space is actually usable. Furniture assembled and placed, fixtures mounted straight, displays and audio/visual working, and the packaging gone.
We handle installations for offices and event venues across the Poconos, and because we’re a cleaning company first, we leave the space ready to open rather than ready to clean.

How it runs
Quoted before we start
You approve the scope and the price first. No surprise invoices for work you didn’t ask for.
Around your calendar
Offices get installed after hours. Venues get installed against the event date, which doesn’t move.
Punch list, not one item
Send the whole list. Eight things in one visit costs less than eight visits.
Left clean
We’re a cleaning company. The boxes, packaging, and dust go with us — the space is ready to use, not ready to tidy.
Common questions
Can you handle audio/visual?
Yes — displays, screens, projection, and sound for conference rooms, training spaces, and event venues. Tell us what the room needs to do and we’ll scope it with the rest of the install.
Can you turn a venue around between events?
Yes. Event dates don’t move, so we staff to the date and work against your schedule rather than ours. If you’re running back-to-back events, tell us the gap you have and we’ll tell you honestly what fits in it.
Do you do electrical or plumbing work?
No. Anything requiring a licensed electrician or plumber goes to a licensed electrician or plumber. We handle mounting, assembly, and installation that doesn’t touch those systems, and we’ll tell you up front when a job needs a licensed trade.
Can you supply the fixtures and equipment too?
We can source standard commercial fixtures, dispensers, and furnishings, or install what you’ve already bought. If you’re standardizing across multiple buildings, sourcing through us usually simplifies the reorder.
Is there a minimum job size?
For existing cleaning clients, no — small installs ride along with a scheduled visit. For a standalone job, we’ll want enough on the list to justify the trip, and we’ll say so honestly if you’re better off with a handyman.
Ready for a facility that stays clean?
A walkthrough takes about thirty minutes and costs nothing. You’ll get a written scope and a flat price.
