Most of the failures we see in medical spaces aren’t lazy cleaning — they’re a disinfectant wiped dry in fifteen seconds when the label says four minutes.
We train to the label. We use color-coded microfiber so a cloth that touched a restroom never touches an exam table. And we treat your clinical areas and your public areas as separate zones with separate equipment.

Common questions
Do you handle biohazard or regulated medical waste?
No. Regulated medical waste — sharps, saturated materials, pathological waste — must be handled by a licensed medical waste hauler under Pennsylvania regulations. We do environmental cleaning and disinfection, and we work alongside whoever handles your waste contract.
What does “hospital-grade” actually mean?
It refers to a disinfectant registered with the EPA as effective against a specified range of pathogens. The registration only holds if the product is applied at the right dilution and left wet on the surface for the full contact time on the label. That contact time is where most cleaning fails, and it’s what we train to.
Can you work around our patient schedule?
Yes. Most medical accounts are serviced after the last appointment or before the first. If you run extended or weekend hours, we’ll build the schedule around them.
